Jurisdiction split

EU customer contracts are entered with Scalabs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) under German law, with the seat of Scalabs UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Bavaria as the venue. Customers in Nepal and the wider South Asia region contract with ScaLabs Cloud Pvt. Ltd. under Nepali law, with Kathmandu as the venue. Customers outside both regions may choose either entity at signup; the choice is reflected on the invoice.
