Mo:Mo

Entry tier. Small, fast, cheap. Named after the snack we eat between deploys.

Mo:Mo — the entry VPS

Like the snack, Mo:Mo is small, fast, and cheap. One gigabyte of RAM, one vCPU, 25 GB of SSD, a terabyte of monthly bandwidth, and both IPv4 and IPv6 addresses included. At NPR 499 (~EUR 3) per month, it’s priced for personal projects and small bots that just need a stable home.

What it’s good for

  • Discord, Telegram, or Slack message-gateway bots
  • Origin server for a Cloudflare-fronted static site
  • Personal Caddy + tiny database for a side project
  • Dev sandbox for trying out the ScaLabs Cloud platform before scaling up

What it’s not good for

  • High-traffic production workloads (use Thakali Thali or larger)
  • Database-heavy applications (1 GB RAM gets eaten quickly)
  • Long-running build pipelines (use a Linux Container sandbox)

Hardware lineage

Mo:Mo VPSes are slices of our 2× Fujitsu RX4770 M4 servers with dual-ISP redundancy (1 Gbps Classic Tech primary + 500 Mbps WorldLink backup) and NEA hydropower with on-site UPS backup. Same hardware as the bigger tiers; smaller quota.

Best for

  • Personal projects and side bots
  • Discord/Telegram message gateways
  • Static-site origin behind Cloudflare
  • Dev sandbox for trying out the platform
